PROTECTING YOUR FUTURE AFTER A DRUNK DRIVING ARREST

Drunk driving charges can impact individuals of all walks of life. A DUI conviction carries serious consequences: jail, significant fines and loss of driving privileges. At the law office of David G. Moore P.C. in Phoenix, I have handled thousands of drunk driving cases. My experience working as a prosecutor and defense attorney gives me a unique perspective when defending you in court.

My Approach In Your Case

I take a two-pronged approach to drunk driving defense cases. This involves litigation and damage control. The end goal is always to find the best possible outcome for you. Litigation allows me to evaluate every aspect of your arrest, the evidence and how the evidence was obtained and processed. Damage control gives me the ability to prevent a conviction showing up on your criminal record, potentially avoid jail time and minimize the impact an arrest will have on your life.

I will help you take the appropriate steps to mitigate the consequences to put you in a better standing with the judge and prosecutor. I diligently prepare for your case by evaluating evidence and exploring all options to find the best result.

I am dedicated to protecting your freedom and preserving your ability to drive. In addition to defending you in your criminal case, I can assist with any license issues, including license restoration if your license has been revoked.

Defense Against All Drunk Driving Charges

I have extensive experience representing individuals facing all types of drunk driving and alcohol-related offenses, including:

  • DUI first and second offenses
  • Aggravated felony DUI
  • Minor in possession
  • Underage drinking
  • Breath test refusal

DUI charges can ruin your future. That's why you need an experienced lawyer on your side. I am here to protect your rights and to advocate for your freedom. The stakes are high after an arrest. I have represented minors and college students from Arizona State University and Grand Canyon University along with adults of all types of backgrounds.
